Crítica del libro "Crank de Ellen Hopkins"

Acabo de leer el libro "Crank de Ellen Hopkins" y me parecio muy profundo. Sugiero este libro a aquellas personas que les guste leer poesia o a quienes les guste un tipo de lectura mas complicado y en un nivel mas de adultos, podria decirse. Este libro se trata de una niña que se llama Kristina, a quien tiene un hábito con drogas, igual que su padre. Sus padres se divorciaron por el problema de su padre. En un viaje de verano con su padre, Kristina desarrolló el hábito por las drogas. Ademas de eso, Kristina encuentra una relacion y aceptacion de sus amigos. Conforme vas leyendo, Kristina, o Bree, hace malas decisiones.
Este libro saca el coraje, lastima y tristeza. Hace que aprecien la vida y hace que piensen dos veces en involucrarse en las drogas.

Crank by Ellen Hopkins Review

So I just finished reading the book Crank by Ellen Hopkins. It was really deep. I only suggest this book to people who like poetry or who like "reading between the lines" and people who like to and can read mature content.This book is about a girl named Kristina with a nasty meth habit(hence the title, Crank). Her father and mother got divorced because her dad has the same problem. On a summer trip to her dad, Kristina develops the habit. Also, she finds acceptance and a summer fling. As you go through the book, you'll find that Kristina/ Bree makes a lot of bad choices.
This book brings out anger, sympathy, and sadness in the reader. It makes you appreciate your life and makes you think twice about developing habits.
